Grafton B. Bowers Jr. began their career in 1995 as an Accounting Assistant II and Accounts Receivable Specialist for Georgia-Pacific LLC. In 1997, they moved to KPMG where they worked as a Technology Analyst and Accountant II-Auditor. In 2001, they became the General Manager for Global Vision Management dba FUEL. In 2003, they took on the role of Project Manager for Adventist Health Systems. In 2006, they worked as the Financial Business Analyst for the City of Daytona Beach Finance Department and the Director of Programs for Resuce Outreach Mission. From 2008 to 2010, they were a Consultant for Robert Half International / Accountemps in Chicago, Illinois. From 2010 to 2012, they were the Manager of Accounting and Information Systems for NexGen Capital Consultants, LLC. Finally, they worked as a Consultant for Connect Search, LLC from 2012 to the present.
Grafton B. Bowers Jr. began their educational journey at DeVry University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting between 1991 and 1994. Grafton B. then went on to pursue a Master's in Business Administration at Keller Graduate School of Management, which they completed between 1995 and 1999. Later, they obtained a Master's in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management between 1999 and 2001. Finally, they also obtained a Master's in Information Systems Management from Keller Graduate School of Management between 1999 and 2003.
