Jake later transitioned to the recruitment industry, working at The QTI Group as an Associate Search Consultant before joining Connect Search, LLC as a Senior Recruiter and later promoted to Director of Recruitment and Business Development. Throughout their career, Jake has excelled in finding and placing professional level candidates in various roles, particularly as a technical recruiter.
