Samantha Kagerbauer

Samantha Kagerbauer currently serves as the Director of Recruitment and Development at Connect Search, LLC, a boutique staffing firm, since January 2024. Prior to this role, Kagerbauer was a Recruiting Manager at Robert Half from July 2021 to January 2024. Kagerbauer also holds extensive coaching experience at Lake Mills High School, achieving significant success with the JV Girls Basketball team and assisting the varsity team in winning multiple championships. Additional experience includes roles in sales and marketing at Orosz-Fagen Properties, coaching at the University of Wisconsin-Madison's basketball camp, and operational and bookkeeping positions at Nike and The Kern Family Foundation, respectively. Kagerbauer earned a degree in Business Management with a focus on Managing Sport Programs from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, graduating in 2017.
