Marta Cortes

Marta Cortes has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Marta currently holds the position of Director, Strategic Accounts at ConnectureDRX, a role they began in September 2023. Previously, from September 2022 to April 2023, they served as a Regional Channel Manager at Edify. Marta has also worked at Avaya, where they held two roles. From August 2021 to June 2022, they worked as a Partner Development Manager, and from December 2019 to August 2021, they served as a Collaboration Spaces Specialist. Prior to that, Marta worked at PGi as an Account Manager from August 2017 to September 2020, and as a Partner Channel Manager during the same period. Marta also had stints at TELMEX USA as an Account Manager from September 2015 to September 2016, and at Arkadin as a Strategic Collaboration Consultant from 2012 to 2014, and an Inside Sales Senior Telesales Account Manager from 2011 to 2012. Marta's earlier experiences include roles at ConferencePlus, where they held various positions such as Senior Healthcare & Education Conferencing Consultant, Channel Account Manager, Strategic Account Manager, Strategic Services, and Teleconferencing Coordinator.

Marta Cortes attended Highland Park Highschool from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a degree in General Education. Marta then pursued their higher education at Western Illinois University from 1992 to 1997, majoring in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration. Marta also obtained the certification of Avaya Cloud Office Sales Proficient from Avaya in 2020.
