Jimmy Thompson

Jimmy Thompson is a Help Desk Technician at ConnectWise since July 2022, providing 24x7 support for client desktops and devices across the United States and internationally. Previously, Jimmy served as an Information Technology Support Technician at Locations - Hawaii Real Estate from October 2015 to July 2021, where responsibilities included technology systems administration and help desk support. Prior to that, Jimmy was an Information System Technician in the US Navy from October 2011 to November 2015, maintaining and operating Automated Information Systems for the Naval Marine Corps Intranet and troubleshooting workstations for various government sites. Jimmy earned an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Hawaii Pacific University between January 2017 and May 2021, and holds a High School Diploma from Pine Forest High School, completed in 2010.
