Phil Joseph

Phil Joseph is a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in driving new business acquisition and partner growth across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of North America Sales at ConnectWise since March 2020, Phil has also held the title of Director of North America Sales within the same organization, earning accolades such as ConnectWise Leader of the Year in both 2020 and 2022, and consistently achieving high-performance metrics in the President’s Club. Prior to ConnectWise, Phil held the position of Senior Sales Director at Validity Inc., where new sales saw a remarkable increase of over 300% in annual recurring revenue. Additional roles include Interim Vice President of Sales at Ambition and Director of Sales at TriNet, where Phil cultivated strategic market expansions and garnered multiple sales awards. Phil holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
