Scott Nichols

Scott Nichols is a seasoned user experience designer with extensive experience in the IT and technology sectors. Currently serving as the UX Team Lead for Cybersecurity at ConnectWise since April 2019, Scott has significantly enhanced RMM features in the Asio SAAS platform through innovative design based on user feedback and quantitative metrics. Prior to ConnectWise, Scott held roles at MaxMind, Creative Circle, and MAPFRE, where responsibilities included modernizing UI frameworks, designing user-centric features for data protection, and collaborating with diverse clients across B2B industries. Scott's design expertise spans various organizations, including MetLife, the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, and others, resulting in a strong portfolio of impactful work in user interface and experience design.
