Vishal Kumar

Vishal Kumar is a technical support engineer L3 at ConnectWise since November 2022, with previous experience as an associate solution architect at Birlasoft from February 2021 to November 2022, where responsibilities included managing client Windows Server, O365, Azure AD, and VMware atop Nutanix infrastructure. Prior to this, Vishal served as an associate consultant at Capgemini from October 2015 to February 2021, managing similar infrastructure, and as an engineer in server management at Wipro Limited from June 2014 to October 2015, overseeing server infrastructure for CITI Bank. Vishal's career began at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where from May 2012 to June 2014, duties included being an L1 server and Exchange administrator for Godrej Industries Private Limited, working within a Wintel server and hybrid environment of O365 and Exchange 2010. Vishal holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata, graduated from Rose Public School in 2006 with a high school diploma in Maths and Science, and attended Holy Cross School from 2003 to 2004 for junior schooling in Maths, Science, and Arts.
