Darren Wood

Darren Wood is an experienced professional with a strong background in client management and operational performance across various roles. As the Client Accounting Support Centre and Arrears Manager at Connells Group since June 2023, Darren leads client relationships and operational growth. Previously, as Contact Center Manager at The Contact Company from January 2018 to November 2023, Darren was responsible for managing multiple client campaigns, coaching direct reports, and ensuring strong client relationships. Darren's earlier roles included managerial positions in property management and maintenance at Whitegates Estate Agents and service team leadership at Home Retail Group PLC.
