Rich Thrapp

Rich Thrapp is a partner at Ice Miller. He was appointed to serve on the Indiana Business Law Survey Commission and elected as its chairman in 2006. He was a member of the drafting committee for Indiana's Limited Liability Company Act and served on the drafting committee for the Indiana Nonprofit Corporation Act. Thrapp serves on the boards of the Indianapolis Zoo, Indianapolis Cultural Trail, Indiana Bar Foundation, and the Oakwood Foundation. Thrapp received the Sagamore of the Wabash award in 2016. He earned a bachelor’s degree from DePauw University and earned his Juris Doctor from Indiana University School of Law. He and his wife, Linda, reside in Indianapolis.
