Dominic Micali

Dominic Micali has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Dominic currently holds the position of Vice President, Senior Benefits Sales Leader at Conner Strong & Buckelew, where they oversee the Employee Benefits Sales Group and leads efforts to grow the business and launch new sales initiatives. Previously, Dominic served as the Executive Vice President of Sales for the Philadelphia Metro Area at Gallagher, where they managed a team of producers and coached them on new business opportunities. Prior to that, they worked as the AVP of Employee Benefits at NFP Corporate Benefits, focusing on driving new client partnerships and providing comprehensive benefit consulting services. Dominic also has experience at Comcast Spectacor, where they managed luxury suite and club box inventory and worked with high-level executives and business owners to enhance client acquisition and retention programs. Additionally, they have held board member positions at Philly SHRM and Melmark, and contributed to HR Today Radio as a key contributor on current issues and events in Human Resources.

Dominic Micali received their Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Delaware, where they attended the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics. Dominic focused on International Business during their time there from 2000 to 2004.
