Danielle Mattina

Danielle Mattina is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Director of English Language Arts at Connetquot Central School District of Islip since July 2023. Previously, Danielle held the position of Administrator for Instruction, Assessment, and Data at Connetquot Central School District from August 2021 to February 2024. Danielle's prior roles include Assistant Principal of Guggenheim and Sousa Elementary Schools and Administrator for Literacy, Grades 3-6 at Port Washington School District from July 2018 to September 2021, as well as Gifted and Talented Teacher and Coordinator at New Hyde Park - Garden City Park UFSD from September 2016 to June 2018. Additionally, Danielle contributed to the NYC Department of Education from August 2001 to June 2016 as a Teacher and Literacy Coach for middle school English Language Arts. Danielle holds an Educational Leadership Certificate from The College of Saint Rose, focusing on Educational Leadership and Administration.
