Carl J. Casper has a wealth of experience in the banking industry. Before joining Webster Bank, Carl was employed at TD (formerly Hudson United Bank) as a VP, Regional Manager for the Northern District. In this role, they oversaw 22 retail bank offices with $775 million in deposits and 121 employees. Carl achieved exceptional results, leading the company in investment product sales and revenue for two consecutive years and earning a top performers trip to Napa, California and Las Vegas, Nevada.

Carl began their career in the banking industry at Citizens Bank, where they held the position of VP, Regional Manager. Carl J. then moved on to BNY Mellon, where they served as a Branch Manager.
