Charlotte Mawson has extensive experience in educational management and customer experience. Currently serving as Customer Experience Manager and Quality Assurance and Learning Experience Manager at Connex Education Partnership since September 2022, Charlotte previously held roles at the National Tutoring Programme from August 2021 to September 2022 as Senior Account Manager and NTP Account Manager.
