Tim Grove

Tim Grove is currently serving as the Chief Property Officer at Connexa Limited, where Tim plays a key role on the leadership team and oversees the property function. With a strong background in property management, Tim previously held positions such as Head of Property at Terra Cat and Sime Darby Motor Group. Prior to that, Tim held various property-related roles at ASB Bank and ANZ. Tim's extensive experience in property consulting and management spans over two decades, including roles at CBRE, Rodney District Council, and Jones Lang LaSalle. Tim holds a Diploma in Business Finance and a Bachelor of Property Administration from The University of Auckland.
