Mark Griepentrog

Mark Griepentrog serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief Property Officer at Kohl's, a position held since August 2005, overseeing all aspects of real estate, operations, design, planning, development, and construction. Responsibilities include directing new store growth and optimizing real estate strategies, while collaborating closely with the executive team and advising the Board of Directors. Achievements include the successful rollout of Sephora shops in over 850 Kohl’s locations. Prior to Kohl's, Mark held various legal and property development roles, including Senior Counsel and Attorney at Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren s.c. Mark earned a JD, cum laude, from Marquette University Law School and a BA, magna cum laude, from Marquette University.
