Leeann Norton

LeeAnn Norton, CEM-AP, serves as the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Supplier Relations & Event Management at Connex since May 2014, where oversight includes a top revenue-generating department managing events across the US, Canada, and Europe. Responsibilities encompass the logistics of extensive educational sessions and a 500+ booth trade show with over 2000 attendees, along with managing industry events, strategic planning, budgeting, and sourcing for various event components. Previous roles include Vice President of Global Events at Connex, and Director of Meetings & Events for both the BPAA and USBC from February 1997 to February 2014. Earlier experience includes a Marketing Representative position at Six Flags Over Texas and founding Brite Construction, a general contracting business. LeeAnn Norton attended Tarrant County College and the University of Texas at Arlington.
