Steve Hearon

Steve Hearon serves as the President of BrandPoint Services, a role held since January 2012, where the company specializes in project management for capital expenditure re-branding and re-imaging initiatives for large clients. After the acquisition and merger of BrandPoint Services with Legacy Retail Services in April 2019, the BrandPoint name became the unified brand across the company. Concurrently, Hearon is an engaged member and former Board Alternate of Connex. Previously, Hearon held the position of Vice President of Franchise Development at CertaPro Painters, where a notable achievement included leading a team that recruited over 200 franchisees. Additionally, Hearon has held significant roles at AAMCO Transmissions and College Pro Painters, building a strong foundation in operations and franchise management. Hearon earned a BSBA in Management from Bucknell University in 1992.
