Ronda Medina is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner and Senior Human Resources Manager at Connexion Point (cXp) since October 2013, Ronda is responsible for developing comprehensive HR systems and conducting new employee orientation. Ronda previously held roles as a Human Resources & Benefit Administrator and Medicare Benefit Advisor, focusing on benefits administration and employee support. Prior experience includes managing The Tender Touch Child Care for 18 years, overseeing enrollment, staff training, office management, and grant applications.
