Anand has held various positions in the staffing industry, including roles as a US Staffing Consultant and Talent Acquisition Specialist at respected organizations like IBM Global Business Process Services and Accenture. Anand possesses strong team leadership skills, with extensive experience in training and mentoring. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing and HR from Bharathiar University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Sciences from PSG College of Technology.
