Brian Burandt

Brian Burandt has extensive work experience in the energy industry. Brian started their career at Honeywell as a Technical Representative in 1996 and later moved on to ECONAR Energy Systems as a Midwest Regional Representative. In 1997, they joined Connexus Energy as a Key Account/Energy Analyst and worked there for 11 years. Brian then worked at Power System Engineering as a Senior Rate and Financial Analyst from 2008 to 2010. Brian returned to Connexus Energy in 2010 and held various roles, including Manager of Business & Community Relations and Vice President of Power Supply & Business Development. In these positions, they managed customer relations, implemented cost-saving programs, and led strategic business development initiatives.

Brian Burandt earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Energy Management from Minnesota State University Moorhead, which they attended from 1992 to 1996. Brian then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at the University of St. Thomas, where they studied from 2001 to 2004.
