Wiann Harding has a diverse background in engineering and project management, with experience in various industries such as construction, manufacturing, and maintenance. With a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from North-West University, Wiann has held positions ranging from Engineering Intern to Maintenance Supervisor to Manager Projects and Engineering. Wiann has a proven track record of managing equipment maintenance, implementing safety procedures, and driving continuous improvement strategies to increase efficiency and minimize downtime. Currently, Wiann serves as the Manager Projects and Engineering at Connexus Industries, where responsibilities include overseeing mechanical and electrical aspects of the production facility and leading the Enviro Division.
