Oded Eran

Oded Eran is the co-founder and CEO of Connie Health, a startup that provides in-home care for patients with chronic conditions. Prior to Connie Health, Oded was a strategy and operations consultant at Iora Health, where they helped the company grow. Oded also served as the director of operations and product management at 2020 On-site Optometry.

Oded began their career as an MBA candidate at Harvard Business School, where they interned at Amazon as a senior product manager. Oded later worked as a sales and operations manager at Applied Materials. In 2009, they joined ROI Management Consulting as a consultant.

Oded served in the Israel Defense Forces for four years, rising to the rank of captain and tank platoon commander. Oded has a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.

Oded Eran has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School, and a BSc in Industrial Engineering & Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
