Manu Mazumdar

Manu Mazumdar has extensive experience in the retirement and financial services industry. Manu currently holds the position of Vice President at Conning, where they are responsible for Retirement and Insurance Technology. Manu is also an industry thought leader and published author.

Prior to their current role, Mazumdar served as the CEO of Windsor Capital Co., a consulting and advisory services company focused on retirement and financial services. Manu was also the President of Arrowpoint Technologies Ltd, a global pension and retirement services technology company.

Mazumdar has held various leadership positions throughout their career, including Chief Operating Officer at Beneco and Senior Vice President at Chesapeake Benefit Partners. Manu also served as the Vice President of Retirement Services at NRECA, where they were responsible for all aspects of DC operations, DB operations, actuarial services, marketing, and member communications.

Earlier in their career, Mazumdar worked at MassMutual, where they held multiple roles, including 2nd Vice President of Retirement Services and Head of TPA Sales. Manu was responsible for leading the national TPA sales division and achieving aggressive sales targets.

Mazumdar has a strong background in ERISA compliance and has held positions at Fidelity Investments and Scudder Trust Company, where they focused on pension consulting and ERISA compliance testing.

Manu Mazumdar completed an Executive Programs in Management at Harvard University from 2000 to 2001. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, which was obtained from 1988 to 1990. Their undergraduate education took place at St. Xavier's College (Autonomous), Kolkata, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business/Managerial Economics from 1984 to 1987. Manu Mazumdar also holds a certification in Retirement Fiduciary, obtained from Marsh McLennan in 2023.
