Milt McConnell is a seasoned executive in the media industry with extensive experience in national and group sales. Currently serving as VP National & Group Sales at Connoisseur Media since September 2025, Milt previously held the position of VP National & Group Sales Strategy at Alpha Media USA from April 2013 to September 2025, where responsibilities included growing national market share and fostering client relationships. Milt's career also includes leadership roles such as General Manager at Cumulus Media and Citadel Broadcasting, where significant sales increases were achieved and systems were standardized for national sales processes. With a foundation in telecommunications from Indiana University Bloomington, Milt has continuously demonstrated expertise in media management and sales strategy throughout a career that began in 1979.
