Michelle Ping has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Michelle started their career as a Corporate Banking Co-op Student at HSBC in 2013 and ended their role there in 2014. After that, they joined BMO Financial Group as a Customer Service Representative from February 2017 to July 2017. Michelle then joined AGL Manufacturing Ltd. as a Customer Support Representative from June 2017 to November 2019. In January 2020, they worked as a Universal Banker at Scotiabank until June 2020. From September 2020 to January 2022, they served as a Mutual Fund Accountant at Leith Wheeler Investment Counsel Ltd. Currently, they are working as an Analyst, Retail Portfolio Operations at Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group (CC&L) since February 2022.

Michelle Ping completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Entrepreneurship from the University of Victoria in 2014-2016. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Economics in Finance from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in 2009-2013. In addition to their degrees, Michelle also obtained the CSC certification from the Canadian Securities Institute in March 2018.
