Nayna Shetty has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Nayna started their career as a Senior Research Assistant at Standard & Poor's in 2010. Nayna then joined Barclays Capital, where they worked as a Client Data Analyst and later as a Client Regulatory Outreach Analyst/ECommerce Onboarding Analyst. At Barclays, they researched and analyzed data for restructuring client databases and coordinated with IT developers for database creation.

Nayna also worked at Wells Fargo as a KYC Analyst for a data enrichment project. Nayna then moved to JDX Consulting, where they worked as a Consultant in the E-discovery team, responsible for data retrieval and process improvement. Nayna continued their career at Deutsche Bank as an EMIR Client Delegated Reporting - Regulatory Operations Analyst before taking a gap year to travel in 2018.

In 2018, Nayna joined Sparkasse Bank Malta plc as a KYC Review Officer in the Anti-Money Laundering Department. In this role, they implemented a risk-based approach for KYC reviews, conducted transaction monitoring, and collected due diligence documents. Nayna then worked as a Freelance Contractor through Better Choice Staffing Ltd., taking on different contract roles at various organizations.

Currently, Nayna is working at Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group (CC&L) as a Product Transitions Analyst. Their responsibilities include managing the full market opening process for trade of funds on global stock exchanges, arranging meetings between senior management and lawyers, and creating reports and engagement letters.

Throughout their career, Nayna has demonstrated strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in diverse and demanding environments.

Nayna Shetty pursued their education at the University of Westminster from 2008 to 2009, where they completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Investment & Quantitative Finance. In addition to their academic qualifications, Nayna Shetty also obtained a certification called Investment Funds in Canada (IFC) from the Canadian Securities Institute in April 2021.
