Laurie Marchand

Laurie is a Partner in Connor Group's Technical Accounting and IPO Services practice managing client engagements such as the implementation of the new revenue recognition guidance, strategic corporate transactions, IPO readiness and the S-1 filing process. Laurie typically serves as both a technical accounting advisor and project leader. She is an industry expert in revenue recognition, complex equity accounting and derivative and hedging accounting.

Laurie has served numerous clients including Intel, Apple, Infinera, Infoblox, Mirion Technologies, Business Objects, Cisco, Portal Software and Veritas. Laurie is a former audit senior manager at Ernst & Young where she spent 14 years leading IPO engagements, advising on revenue recognition and hedge accounting, completing carve-outs and performing audits over financial statements and internal controls.

Laurie is a Certified Public Accountant and graduated from University of Santa Barbara with a degree in Business and Accounting.
