James Burns is an experienced quality assurance professional with a history of roles in various manufacturing environments. Currently serving as a Quality Assurance Technician at Connor Manufacturing Services since April 2015, James has focused on preparing PPAPs, FAIs, and conducting part inspections. Prior to this position, James worked as a Quality Inspector at Tube Specialties, where responsibilities included inspecting in-process manufacturing parts and performing final inspections. As the owner of Inspection First LLC from June 2011 to July 2014, James provided dimensional inspections and certifications for pre-production services. Earlier experience includes serving as a Quality Assurance Auditor at Silver Eagle Manufacturing Company, where James conducted first article inspections and final product assessments before shipping. James holds an Associate degree in Computer Science from ITT, completed between 1999 and 2001.
