Kris Koh

Kris Koh is an experienced customer service professional with over 20 years in the manufacturing and technology sectors. Since July 2009, Kris has served as Customer Service Manager at Connor Manufacturing Services, focusing on customer queries, production, delivery compliance, and sales monitoring. Previously, Kris worked as an Order Management Officer at WPM TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD, managing customer sales forecasts and implementing ISO standards, as well as serving as a minutes writer for the Safety & Health Committee. Earlier roles include Material Planner at Altum Precision Sdn Bhd, where responsibilities included production monitoring and cost analysis, and Account Officer at Changhuat Plastics Industries Sdn Bhd, managing accounts payable and budgeting. Kris holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & International Business Management from HELP University.
