Bianca Defilippis-Baker

Bianca Defilippis-Baker is a seasoned professional in visual merchandising with extensive experience in managing store experiences across Australia and New Zealand. Currently serving as the Head of Visual Merchandising and National VM Manager at Connor Clothing since March 2016, Bianca leads the development of visual merchandising strategies for over 165 stores, collaborates with key stakeholders, and drives new initiatives while ensuring alignment with market trends. Prior roles include National VM Manager at Retail Apparel Group, where responsibilities involved managing the store experience for top 30 stores nationally, and VM Coordinator for Women's Wear & Accessories at Country Road. Bianca holds a Diploma in Events and Wedding Planning from the Australia Academy of Weddings and Events and a Certificate 4 in Visual Merchandising from TAFE.
