Philippe Baillez is an experienced leader in visual merchandising and retail brand experience, currently serving as the Head of Visual Merchandising EMEA at Under Armour since March 2019. Previously, Philippe held various senior director roles at Nike, where responsibilities included transforming the visual presentation team for North America, redesigning the women’s shopping experience globally, and creating the global visual merchandising function. Prior experience includes managerial positions at Levi Strauss & Co. and a display manager role at H&M, along with early work as an interior architect. Philippe holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Architecture from the Institut supérieur d'Architecture 'Saint-Luc' de Bruxelles, completed in 1994.
