Bob L. Martin

Bob L. Martin has served as a director since September 2003 and was appointed as the Lead Independent Director in August 2012. Mr. Bob Martin was elected as an Operating Partner of The Stephens Group LLC, a family-owned investment company in March 2012, and currently holds such position. Mr. Bob Martin has also served as the Chief Executive Officer (part-time) of Mcon Management Services, Ltd. since 2002. Mr. Bob Martin has over 35 years of retailing and merchandising experience including at Wal-Mart International, Inc. and Dillard’s, Inc. Mr. Bob Martin has also served as a director of Dillard’s, Inc., Sabre Holdings Corporation, Furniture Brands International and Guitar Center, Incorporated. He currently serves as Executive Chairman on the board of directors of Gap, Inc. Mr. Bob Martin attended South Texas University and holds an Honorary Doctorate degree from Southwest Baptist University.
