Charitharth Kasireddy

Charitharth Kasireddy has worked as a Voice Network Engineer at ConnX Inc. starting in June 2017. In this role, they deployed and managed multiple users on Cisco CUCM and troubleshooted Cisco Call Manager, Microsoft Teams, and Voice Gateways. Charitharth also implemented innovative ideas in the lab environment before deploying services on production networks.

Prior to this, they worked as a Product Development Engineer at SportsJun Media and Entertainments Pvt Ltd from August 2015 to August 2016. In this role, they installed, upgraded, supported, and troubleshooted Enterprise Applications hosted on Windows Server. Charitharth also had extensive experience in various Windows Server modules such as Active Directory, IIS, Group policies, DNS, DHCP, and others. Additionally, they installed, upgraded, supported, and troubleshooted Enterprise Applications running on Microsoft Terminal Services.

Charitharth Kasireddy holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Manipal Institute of Technology. Additionally, they have received the certification of SBCE20 - SBC Edge Implementation & Support from Ribbon Communications in February 2022.
