Masoud Majidi

Masoud Majidi has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Masoud started their career as an IT Specialist at UMDNJ in 1988 and worked there until 1996. Masoud then joined AT&T as a Technical Consultant from November 1996 to April 1997. Following that, they worked at Lucent Technologies as a Server and Storage Engineer from April 1997 to September 2000. In 2000, they joined Avaya and held various roles including Member of Technical Staff, Senior Manager of IT Global Service Delivery, Senior Manager of IT Roadmap Projects, and Director of IT Operations until May 2011. From October 2011 to December 2014, they worked as a Business Solutions Engineer at AT&T. In 2015, Masoud Majidi began working at Smart IMS Inc. as the Director of Business and Technology Solutions, a role they held until January 2021. Masoud also worked concurrently at ConnX Inc. starting in October 2015, initially as the Director of Product Management and Strategic Alliances and later as the Senior Director of Customer Service Assurance, a position they currently hold.

Masoud Majidi obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University, where they studied from 1985 to 1988. Masoud later pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the same university, completing their studies from 1988 to 1992. In 2016, they obtained the SIP & Cloud - Advanced Sales Certification from The SIP School.
