Sudhir Krishna's work experience includes a role as a Solution Architect - Cloud & Managed Services at ConnX Inc. starting in 2022. Prior to this, Sudhir worked at EY from 2006 to 2022. At EY, Sudhir held various roles including a Supervising Associate - IT and a System Specialist - IT. Sudhir'sresponsibilities include enabling Microsoft Teams Direct Routing, implementing and troubleshooting Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unity Connection (CUC), and Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express (CME). Sudhir also worked on configuring and resolving phone registration issues, designing call flows, and collaborating on security advisories and remediation.

Sudhir Krishna completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Sri Siddhartha Institute of Technology from 2001 to 2005. Apart from their formal education, Sudhir Krishna also obtained several certifications. In 2009, they obtained the "ITIL Foundation in Service Management V3.0" certification from AXELOS & EXIN. In 2014, they acquired the "ITIL Service Operation" certification from the same institution. In 2016, Sudhir Krishna obtained the "ITIL Service Transition (ITIL-ST)" certification from AXELOS & EXIN. Furthermore, they obtained the "Microsoft - Modern Workplace - Bronze" certification from EY in August 2021. Sudhir Krishna also holds the "Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate" and "Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Voice Engineer Expert" certifications, both obtained in January 2022. Lastly, they are pursuing the "SSCA® 'Elite' SIP training" from The SIP School, with an expected completion in March 2023.
