Arend Natapradja

Arend Natapradja, M.S., P.E. is a Senior Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer at ConocoPhillips since July 2022, with prior experience as a Sr. Electrical Operation Engineer at Oxy from January 2017 to July 2022, providing electrical operation support for 230 kV systems to end-use equipment. Arend's extensive background at ConocoPhillips from April 2006 to October 2016 includes roles as a Sr. Instrument and Electrical Engineer, managing electrification projects and conducting arc flash studies, an I&E Engineer focused on optimization projects and control system upgrades, and an Associate Electrical Engineer assisting in load flow and short circuit studies. Arend holds a Master’s Degree in Power Electrical Engineering earned from Michigan Technological University in Spring 2021, a Graduate Certificate in Advanced Electric Power Engineering from Michigan Technological University, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
