Joseph Gitau

Joseph Gitau is a highly experienced electrical and instrumentation engineer with a strong background in energy and automation. Currently serving as a Senior Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer at CSI Energy Group, Joseph is involved in the construction of a 35 MW geothermal power plant in Kenya, focusing on control systems and equipment installation. Previous roles include Process and Automation Engineer at M-Gas, specializing in LPG filling plant automation, and Senior Instrumentation and Controls Engineer at Proto Energy, where Joseph designed and implemented control systems across the LPG value chain. Joseph's experience also encompasses engineering positions at Hyoung and Co East Africa Ltd, where work on geothermal projects was key, and Kenya Electricity Generating Company, managing plant operations across various energy types.
