Baskoro Tejo

Baskoro Tejo has over 14 years of experience in completion engineering, currently serving as a Staff Completion Engineer at ConocoPhillips since October 2009. Key achievements include leading a dual lateral project in a light sour heavy oil formation and implementing innovative completion designs that resulted in significant production and financial gains. Previous roles at ConocoPhillips involved senior responsibilities in well testing leadership and the execution of large-scale projects, as well as groundbreaking design initiatives in various oil fields. Prior experience at Chevron included managing well service operations and leading pilot well completion runs to enhance oil recovery. Baskoro Tejo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung and is currently pursuing an MBA in Project Management from LSU Shreveport.
