Efren Cavazos

Efren Cavazos, MSMK, is a seasoned professional in graphic design and marketing with extensive experience in both B2B and B2C environments. Currently serving as a Senior Graphic Designer at ConocoPhillips, Efren leads a team of six designers, managing approximately 200 projects monthly and creating impactful design solutions that support marketing strategies. Previous roles include Senior Graphic Designer at Phillips 66, where Efren delivered award-winning reports that increased online engagement, and Art Director at Schlumberger, where significant process improvements were implemented. Efren also completed a micro-internship at HubSpot, developing successful AI-driven marketing campaigns. With a strong educational foundation in marketing and graphic design, Efren is pursuing a Master’s degree in Marketing with a specialization in Digital Marketing from Western Governors University.
