Espen Flateraaker

Espen Flateraaker is an experienced professional in technology development and digital innovation, currently serving as the Technology Development & Digital Innovation Lead for Wells Excellence at ConocoPhillips since October 2019. Previously, Espen held various roles at Bouvet ASA from April 2010 to October 2019, including Enhetsleder in Management Consulting, contributing to significant projects such as the Point Resources - Eni - Vår Energi merger and serving as an Operational Readiness Advisor for DEA Norge's Dvalin Field Development. Prior experience includes positions as a Business Consultant at EDB Business Partner, Key Account Manager at ErgoGroup AS and Telecomputing Stavanger, and an IT Project Coordinator Consultant at Dolphin Drilling. Espen served in NATO as an IS/IT System Operator and holds an Executive Master of Management from the Norwegian School of Management, along with a background in Network Administration from Næringsakademiet.
