Germán Hernández

Germán Hernández has extensive experience in project management and information technology, currently serving as Project Manager for Enterprise Solutions at ConocoPhillips since December 2000. In this role, Germán conducts front-end loading (FEL) and project execution to support various corporate functions, including HR and Finance. Previously, Germán was a consultant for disaster recovery and data centers during a global organizational resilience initiative and managed critical system projects with substantial funding. Additional positions at ConocoPhillips included project management for commercial infrastructure and global operations support, along with a managerial role in GIS for South America. Prior experience includes serving as General Director of Information Management and IT at INSTITUTO NACIONAL DE CANALIZACIONES, where Germán focused on project completion and operational transition, and earlier roles involved leading systems development and project initiatives. Germán holds a BSc in Computer Science from Texas A&M University and has completed executive education at MIT-Sloan School of Management.
