Germán Hernández has extensive experience in project management and information technology, currently serving as Project Manager for Enterprise Solutions at ConocoPhillips since December 2000. In this role, Germán conducts front-end loading (FEL) and project execution to support various corporate functions, including HR and Finance. Previously, Germán was a consultant for disaster recovery and data centers during a global organizational resilience initiative and managed critical system projects with substantial funding. Additional positions at ConocoPhillips included project management for commercial infrastructure and global operations support, along with a managerial role in GIS for South America.
