Julie C. Taylor

Julie C. Taylor is an experienced project manager with a strong background in defense, health systems, and software engineering. Currently serving as Project Manager for the Leidos Defense Group, Julie has played a key role in the transition phase of the Navy NGEN SMIT contract. Previously, Julie was a Sr. Product Owner in the Leidos Health Group, focusing on developing applications for situational awareness in healthcare. Julie has managed several modernization projects related to veteran claims processing and benefits services, as well as led agile teams at Lockheed Martin and Systems Made Simple. Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Mathematics from the State University of New York College at Potsdam.
