Jess Ritter

Jess Ritter currently serves as an Associate Land Negotiator at ConocoPhillips since January 2023, following a previous role as a Land Negotiator Intern at the same company from May 2022 to August 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Biological Science Aid at the US Department of Agriculture Agricultural Research Service from May 2019 to August 2021, where responsibilities included analyzing scientific data for soil scientist Dr. Louis Baumhardt, conducting crop experiments, and managing field equipment. Jess Ritter holds a degree in Energy Commerce with a focus on Energy Transaction Analysis and Petroleum Land Management from Texas Tech University, completed in 2022.
