Juliet Franco

Juliet Franco, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Digital Strategy Implementation & Change Management at ConocoPhillips since February 2023. Prior to this role, Juliet held various positions at PwC from October 2016 to February 2023, including Workforce Transformation Director and Organization & Workforce Transformation Senior Manager, focusing on digital transformations and operational excellence within the Oil & Gas sector. Juliet's extensive background includes roles in operations performance improvement and change management at PwC UK and supply chain excellence at PwC Australia. Earlier career experiences involved management of grape purchasing and viticulture at Yalumba Wine Company and Pernod Ricard, as well as consulting for government vineyard management programs. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA and a First Class Honours degree in Viticulture from the University of Adelaide, along with additional certifications in project management and Lean/6 Sigma methodologies.
