Lily Hoang

Lily Hoang has held significant leadership roles in the field of tax, serving as Vice President and General Tax Counsel at ConocoPhillips from May 2016 to February 2025, where Lily was responsible for the global tax organization. Prior to that, Lily worked as Managing Tax Counsel - Technical at Thompson & Knight LLP from January 2003 to January 2008, beginning as an Associate in Tax. Lily is equipped with advanced legal education, holding a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Tax from New York University School of Law and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Houston Law Center.
