Tonya Jordan is an accomplished legal professional with over three decades of experience, currently serving as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel of Litigation and Legal Operations at ConocoPhillips since June 1992. In this role, Tonya leads a team specializing in litigation, e-discovery, and data privacy/cybersecurity, managing both domestic and international legal matters. Prior positions at ConocoPhillips include Managing Counsel for Labor, Employment and Benefits, and Senior Counsel in various capacities, where Tonya provided legal guidance and developed essential contract templates for international operations. Tonya's legal career began as a Law Clerk for the Texas Attorney General and included an internship with the Honorable Justice Robert Gammage at the Supreme Court of Texas. Tonya holds a J.D. from The University of Texas at Austin and a B.S. in Political Science from Florida State University.
