Luca Pepere

Luca Pepere has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Luca is currently serving as the Chairman of Conosco since February 2021. Previously, they held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Conosco from April 2021 to May 2022. Prior to Conosco, Luca worked as an Advisor to tech venture and private equity funds, private and public companies since 2008. Luca also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Companybook from November 2016 to August 2018. Before that, they held the position of Chief Executive Officer at DXI an 8x8 company from 2011 to 2015. In 2010, Luca founded and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Eureka Life SpA. Luca also founded and held the role of Chief Executive Officer at DXI Networks Limited from 2001 to 2008. Earlier in their career, Luca worked as the Business Development Director & Founder at DEXTERUS in 2000. Luca started their career as an Assistant Manager at Dresdner Kleinwort from March 1997 to December 1999, and prior to that, they worked as a Sales Executive at NatWest Markets from August 1995 to February 1997.

Luca Pepere obtained their MA degree in Economics and Business Administration from Università Bocconi, where they studied from 1990 to 1995.
