Salesforce Development Team Lead at Conquer

Shannon Tighe has worked in a variety of roles since 2014. In 2017, they joined Conquer as Salesforce Development Team Lead, where they were responsible for writing Product & Technical Requirements Docs (PRDs/TRDs), creating/assigning development tickets, code reviews, supporting releases (documentation/coordination/testing), working with marquis customers directly, and interfacing with the Product team to determine roadmap. Prior to that, they were Self Employed as a Rock Climber, travelling around the Western US for 6 months. In 2014, they joined DialSource as Director of Customer Success, where their role was to optimize the client experience throughout the customer journey. Shannon also held the roles of Customer Success Manager and Business Development Representative at DialSource.

Shannon Tighe attended the University of California, Davis from 2012 to 2015 and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology. In 2019, Tighe obtained three certifications from Salesforce: Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA), Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification, and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
