Marcelo Vianna da Silveira

Marcelo Vianna da Silveira has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Marcelo Vianna began their career as an Information Technology Intern at Banco do Brasil in 1988 and later worked as a System Analyst Intern at PETROBRAS PETROLEO BRASILEIRO SA in 1989. In 1990, Marcelo became a System Analyst Consultant at Alcoa Aluminio S/A. Marcelo Vianna then co-founded ConnectiVE in 1997 and served as a Project Manager and Co-Founder until 2000. Following that, Marcelo joined Conquest One in 1997 as an Operations Director and held various positions, including People and Process Director and CHRO, until April 2021. Marcelo Vianna is currently the VP and CHRO at Conquest One. In 2020, Marcelo became a Co-Founder and Investor at HelloMa. Additionally, they are an Associate and People and Performance Committee Member at ABC³ - Associação Brasileira de Conselheiros Consultivos Certificados starting in 2022.

In 2009, Marcelo attended FIA Business School, focusing on Human Resources, to complete their MBA studies. In 2013, they undertook a program in Executive Coaching and Life Coaching at ICI - Integrated Coaching Institute. Marcelo's passion for corporate innovation led him to the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in 2018, where they pursued a course in Corporate Innovation.

Furthering their knowledge in the field of business administration and strategic mindset, Marcelo participated in the International Executive MBA program at FIA Business School in 2018, which included travel to India and China. In 2019, they enrolled at Tel Aviv University - Coller School of Management for the SMI - Strategic Mindset and Innovation The Israeli Model program.

As for additional certifications, Marcelo earned the title of "Membro da Academia Europeia da Alta Gestão" from Alta Gestão S/A in September 2022. Marcelo Vianna also obtained the "Conselheiro Certificado Concertif ABC3" certification from CELINT - Centro de Estudos em Liderança e Governança Integrais in December 2021.
